Back Home

Sedona was awesome, restful and a ton of laughs! Being back in Scottsdale was fun, but stressful since I had to sell and/or donate/throw away everything at my house. The camp in Tucson was a HUGE success and all of you triathletes and cyclists need to be 'on it' for next spring. Some quality riding, running, swimming over 4 days, excellent coaching staff and fun local support from cyclng and tri teams!!! We plan to do a 4 day Scottsdale camp followed by the same 4 day Tucson camp - do you can do all or one or the other, you definatley need to be there next spring!! We also plan to have a cycling camp running at the same time as the Tri Camp!!!

Seems like more than 2 weeks, but finally back to 'near' normal. Several more boxes of stuff had to come with me back from AZ. So needless to say there is much organizing and unpacking to do, but first - cleaning and catching up on work, AZ Coaching and USAT (I have been recently voted into the Treasurer position for USAT-SW!) Oh, and then there is training for California 70.3, at this point I think both of us are just going into 'survival' mode and forget about 'racing' it. The season has just started and we have had a lot going on in our lives since the co-habitation began only a few short months ago.
Hello! - from Norm
We're gonna sign off now so we can make some wedding plans while snacking on some homemade salsa.
